Weather: Rainy Days Mood: Good
Had a special request from Karen to help make some art crafts of Angry Birds for Lil Cavan’s Burpday theme this year. Yes, a lot of people were fans of Angry Birds nowadays no matter an adult, teenager nor kids. Using non-toxic clays which we had bought from the Art Friends in the Gardens Mid Valley I’ve made some research online for websites on HOW TO MAKE and browsed also some images of Angry Birds.
Being a student in Art Stream when I was in my secondary helps me with some idea and general knowledge of colour mixing as we only get those main colours we needs such as white, black, blue, yellow and red.
Took the oppoturnity while my darling were out for a wedding dinner, I sat there in front of my laptop with google images of angry birds to starts on.
And so I”d started to make the Yello Angry Bird (am not too sure if they ever had a name on their own though cuz I’m not a fans of Angry Bird) referring to an image I found in Google. Looks good so far as I came out with an almost triangle shape, put on the eyes, the beaks and etc. Yes, tell me bout it as it seems to be a bit weird which looks like ‘ultraman’s eye’ in the beginning. Wait till you see the end results, okay?
Next, the Red, Black Angry Birds plus an additional request from lil Cavan himself for a Blue one. I was like scratching my head cuz to my knowledge I do not know if there’s a Blue Angry Bird in the first place and his mum was telling me that its the Angry Bird Rio’s. Well okay, the best answer to this is still Google.
Each of them seems fine and I’m kinda satisfied with my art work too. Lolx…and last but not least the Pig King in green. Frankly, I had some fun mixing some colours and some rolling and imagining the characters myself. While I was making the angry birds in progress, whatsapp Karen to see if she’s okay with the look of these Angry Birds and she’s happy to see that it looks gud too.
Perhaps now you could see that the Yellow Angry Bird looks more decent already with some amendments made. Hmmm..still missing something though I’ve tried to make some eggs in a nest.
There you go, a bit blur since its captured via a mobile phone a complete set of Angry Birds just nice to put on to Cavan’s burpday cake. Hope he likes it. I was wondering if I could keep it after the burpday celebration and asked Karen if I could. And I bet you would have know the answer I”ve got. Can you spot the different in both pics above?
I’d enjoyed the making of these masterpiece of mine of Angry Birds and right here wishing lil Cavan a Happy Happy Birthday, another year wiser! And for these, I’m requesting for a favor in return for Cavan should not called me ‘Auntie’ when he sees me but ‘Alicia Jie Jie’. Sounds good?

Hi Fish, thanks for dropping by. I’ve use air dry modelling clay and bought five colours they are Blue, Yellow, White, Red and Black. Some mixing required such as for Grey, Green, and Brown. A small amount to test out the colour such as for brown (red+green) is required so that you will not waste the clay.
ahem! jie jie?….you wish lah Mrs Tan :p
Yes, jie jie for sure. Haha…
